This image is from Microsoft's Terraserver, http://www.terraserver.microsoft.com. This project was started to demonstrate that Microsoft databases on Microsoft machines could handle enormous amounts of data quickly. The image itself may be Soviet in origin.
The red squares on the left are where Barren's Church and George Bentz's house are. The one on the right is where I think Jacob Bentz's house is; I can't quite tell from the image, and equating it to the map is somewhat problematic.
